Aerospace Engineer (Engineering)

What you will do

• Design, stress, and integrate structures for demonstrator aircraft.
• Develop aerodynamics, aircraft configuration, and control laws for autonomous airframes.
• Manage propulsion, fuel, and vehicle management systems from design through flight test.
• Build mission systems, autonomy software, and sensor fusion capabilities.
• Support ground and flight test operations to ensure airworthiness and certification.
• Scale production, quality, and procurement processes as the program matures.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in Canada.
• Experience in aerospace engineering, avionics, electrical, structural, or mission systems.
• Hands-on approach to engineering with a focus on rapid development and testing.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Ottawa, Toronto, or Montreal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to improve traditional aerospace processes.
