SAP HANA Solutions Architect (SAP HANA)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $175,000–$200,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize HANA-native data models and analytical objects for S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and standalone HANA platforms.
• Translate complex business and analytics requirements into performant HANA models.
• Diagnose and resolve HANA performance issues across the SAP landscape.
• Develop and work with calculation views, CDS views, AMDPs, and SQLScript.
• Apply HANA architecture knowledge across in-memory storage, columnar processing, and parallel execution.
• Work with HANA replication tools, security models, and analytical platforms.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• New H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored; U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least five years of SAP HANA development experience; the position lists six or more years of experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with calculation views, CDS views, AMDPs, SQLScript, SQL, and HANA performance-tuning tools.
• Experience with HANA architecture, replication tools, security models, S/4HANA embedded analytics, or BW/4HANA modeling.

Nice to have

• SAP-certified HANA modeling or development credentials.
• Experience with HANA Native Storage Extension, dynamic tiering, HANA Cloud, or SAP Datasphere.
• Familiarity with BTP-based analytics tooling such as SAC.
• Experience with large-scale HANA migrations and upgrades.
