Associate - Sr Paralegal (multi-level)

Location: Hybrid in Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA; candidates must live within a 50-mile radius and work from a hirify.global office several times per week.

Pay: $23.34–$53.24 per hour in Memphis; $24.57–$56.04 per hour in Pittsburgh.

What you will do

• Research and investigate new and ongoing corporate legal matters.
• Organize, coordinate, track, and maintain legal files and documents for attorneys.
• Prepare verbal and written reports to support case-processing decisions.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and memoranda.
• Assist attorneys during trials and support legal department activity reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Paralegal certificate, two years of paralegal experience, or relevant business experience.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Residence within 50 miles of the Memphis or Pittsburgh office is required.
