Founding Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA, USA

Salary: $140,000–$220,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Work directly with customers to understand workflows and translate problems into product decisions.
• Build full-stack customer-facing features, AI agents, third-party integrations, and infrastructure.
• Improve evaluation suites, automated tests, and tooling to make customer implementations faster and more reliable.
• Ship an initial feature to a live customer within the first week and deliver an end-to-end customer-facing feature within the first month.
• Own a meaningful product surface area within the first quarter.

Requirements

• Production full-stack experience with TypeScript, Next.js, and Python.
• Experience building production-ready AI agents, including context engineering, tool design, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience integrating legacy systems, APIs, and third-party enterprise software platforms.
• Ability to conduct customer discovery, gather requirements, and independently drive features from brief through deployment.
• Experience building automated testing, evaluation frameworks, and observability tooling for production systems.

Nice to have

• ERP/CRM integration experience.
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks, prompt engineering, or AI agent orchestration tools.
• Background in B2B operations automation or manufacturing and distribution workflows.
