Location: Remote, global; listed locations include France, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Brazil, and Poland.

Hourly rate: $50–$200 per hour

What you will do

• Complete structured tasks within healthcare applications and digital workflows.
• Evaluate AI-generated actions and outputs for accuracy, completeness, and real-world plausibility.
• Apply practical knowledge of patient records, clinical documentation, billing, coding, and prior authorizations.
• Identify incorrect, incomplete, or unrealistic system interactions and provide detailed annotations.
• Assess healthcare workflows across platforms including Epic, MyChart, Meditech, Athena, CoverMyMeds, 3M CodeFinder, HealthEquity, and Lifeline.
• Collaborate with the project team, incorporate feedback, and deliver work to quality and timeline expectations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in healthcare administration, clinical documentation, medical billing/coding, or a closely related healthcare role.
• Direct professional experience with at least one EHR or healthcare platform, such as Epic, Meditech, Athena, MyChart, or CoverMyMeds.
• Strong understanding of patient records, billing cycles, coding, prior authorizations, or clinical documentation workflows.
• Experience with structured healthcare data or digital patient-management systems.
• Ability to evaluate whether healthcare-system workflows are accurate and practically realistic.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
