Senior Configuration Management Engineer (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Own and manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), keeping data accurate, current, and documented.
• Develop reports and dashboards for audits, configuration status, asset lifecycle tracking, and executive decision-making.
• Improve data quality through automated workflows, discovery tools, and system integrations.
• Establish configuration and asset management systems, standards, and policies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to gather and analyze data and build scalable CMDB capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM products such as ServiceNow, Flexera One, HP Service Manager, or BMC Atrium.
• Practical coding and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs, or similar technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• H1-B lottery participation is not available.
