TL;DR
Java Fullstack Developer (Angular, React) (Java/Spring Boot): Building user-facing interfaces, Java server-side logic, relational databases, RESTful APIs, and microservices with an accent on backend development, integration, and application quality. Focus on designing scalable services, deploying containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes, and collaborating in Agile Scrum teams.
Location: New York City, NY; hybrid attendance required 3–4 days per week
Salary: $60 per hour
What you will do
- Build user-facing interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and React.
- Develop server-side applications and business logic with Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
- Design, develop, and maintain relational databases using SQL and Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Develop, test, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Perform unit testing, debug applications, and resolve defects.
- Deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools while collaborating with Product Managers and QA in Agile Scrum environments.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java 8, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Angular or React.
- Experience with relational databases, including Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience with Git, Maven, and CI/CD tools.
- Understanding of Agile development processes.
- Candidate’s payroll employer must provide a $5 million Certificate of Insurance.
