DevSecOps Solution Architect (AWS)

Location: Camp Springs, Maryland, United States. Must be a US citizen and able to secure a public trust clearance.

What you will do

• Design and maintain DevOps and DevSecOps infrastructure.
• Develop infrastructure testing procedures and verify their implementation.
• Monitor performance metrics and improve infrastructure scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with developers and engineers on application architecture, development planning, and systems integration.
• Evaluate interactions between systems, applications, and services and assess the impact of changes.
• Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams while collaborating with federal stakeholders and leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent additional related experience.
• At least 10 years of IT experience focused on development projects, DevSecOps, and technical architecture.
• At least 3 years of experience designing enterprise applications on cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Expertise in large-scale, high-performance enterprise application deployment and solution architecture in complex AWS environments.
• Hands-on experience with Java, CI/CD, infrastructure and code automation, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
• US citizenship and the ability to secure a public trust clearance are required.

Nice to have

• DHS/USCIS experience.
• AWS certification.
