Senior Network Security Engineer (Fortinet)

Location: Must be based in Wilmington, Delaware, United States (On-site)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations and support for enterprise Fortinet infrastructure.
• Develop and document Methods of Procedure (MOPs) for migrations and upgrades that meet strict audit standards.
• Conduct rigorous testing of new features and releases prior to production deployment.
• Evaluate interoperability between third-party devices and Fortinet products.
• Provide training to client staff to ensure operational sustainability.
• Proactively identify and escalate critical network security issues.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (US citizens or green card holders only).
• 7+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting or administration.
• 5+ years of experience with network security products, including 4+ years specifically with Fortinet.
• Strong hands-on expertise with FortiGate firewalls.
• Proven experience in Fortinet SD-WAN design within global, multi-site architectures.
• Hands-on experience with ADVPN design and implementation.
• Ability to work effectively in a regulated, high-stakes financial environment.
