What you will do
- Create AI-generated visual assets for performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and landing pages.
- Produce photorealistic human imagery, lifestyle scenes, product visuals, static ads, and multiple creative variations.
- Enhance, retouch, and extend source imagery from photo shoots using AI tools.
- Iterate on concepts using campaign data and feedback, exploring different visual angles, hooks, and formats to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure realism, visual quality, brand consistency, and compliance with client product specifications.
- Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, media production, and video editors; document work in ClickUp.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in design, visual content creation, or creative digital marketing.
- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience with AI image generation platforms such as Figma Weave, Higgsfield, Magnific, Runway, or similar.
- Experience producing photorealistic human imagery, lifestyle scenes, and product-focused visuals.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and ability to connect AI outputs with traditional design workflows.
- Strong visual sense covering composition, lighting, color, typography, realism, and human anatomy; portfolio with AI-generated photorealistic visuals required.
- Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher required.
Nice to have
- Understanding of how static visuals translate into video production pipelines.
- Experience creating assets for high-CPA verticals such as home services, insurance, or finance.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
