Focus on building CI/CD workflows, developing Helm charts and operators, applying AI-assisted development tools, and troubleshooting enterprise platform workloads.
Location: Lichtenberg/Linz, Austria; onsite or hybrid

What you will do
- Develop and operate Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.
- Containerize applications and create Helm charts and operators.
- Build, push, and deploy container workloads through CI/CD pipelines.
- Apply Vibecoding and AI tools to platform code and automation.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and perform day-2 operations.
- Collaborate with clients on OpenShift adoption and operations.
Requirements
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and/or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Docker, Podman, and Buildah.
- Practical experience with Helm, operators, or GitOps.
- Experience with CI/CD and a DevOps mindset.
- AI-assisted development or a strong interest in Vibecoding.
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
