Brand Support Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Onboard new customers and help establish habits that drive product adoption.
• Guide customers through the platform and their daily workflows.
• Own the support queue, triaging and resolving usage, how-to, and configuration questions.
• Meet support SLAs and keep customers informed throughout the resolution process.
• Route code-level issues to engineering, manage the handoff, and follow issues through to closure.
• Convert recurring questions into help content and deliver light customer training.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or onboarding for B2B SaaS.
• Ability to learn a complex platform quickly and explain it clearly.
• Comfort troubleshooting product usage and recognizing when to escalate to engineering.
• Understanding of brand and design concepts sufficient to identify customer goals.
• Excellent communication, patience, and customer focus.
