Systems Architect – DevSecOps (Databricks)

What you will do

• Lead the architecture and delivery of secure, scalable, automated enterprise data platforms and cloud solutions.
• Define DevSecOps standards, governance, and best practices across the solution lifecycle.
• Design CI/CD pipelines for applications, infrastructure, and data solutions.
• Integrate security controls, automated testing, compliance validation, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Development, Security, and program leadership teams.
• Develop technical roadmaps, conduct architecture reviews, evaluate emerging technologies, and mentor engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in DevSecOps, cloud architecture, platform engineering, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience leading enterprise DevSecOps or cloud modernization initiatives and cross-functional technical teams.
• Experience applying DevSecOps practices in regulated or federal environments.
• Knowledge of cloud security frameworks, governance, compliance standards, infrastructure automation, and platform standardization.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and product-oriented platform development.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator certification.
• Databricks, Apache Spark, Big Data, or Tableau certification.
