Location: Hybrid role based in the Cape Town office, with 3 days working from home per week. The posting also references the Johannesburg, South Africa office. UK business hours are required: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 BST/GMT.

What you will do

• Create and edit high-quality video content for brand campaigns, demand generation, social media, client stories, product marketing, events, and company communications.
• Manage post-production, including editing, graphics, audio, colour correction, music, versioning, and final delivery.
• Develop concepts, storyboards, scripts, and visual treatments with creative, marketing, writing, and communications partners.
• Create motion graphics and animations featuring typography, transitions, data visualisations, product elements, and reusable templates.
• Adapt long-form and short-form video for social and digital channels, formats, aspect ratios, and audiences.
• Maintain organised project assets and develop production workflows that improve consistency and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in video editing, multimedia production, motion design, animation, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, plus supporting Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Strong capabilities in video editing, post-production, motion graphics, animation, visual storytelling, pacing, composition, typography, music, sound, and motion.
• Experience producing both short-form/social-first and long-form video, including concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments.
• Ability to translate business and communications objectives into compelling multimedia content while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work UK business hours from the South Africa-based hybrid office arrangement.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Film/Video Production, Motion Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, corporate marketing, or an agency environment.
• Curiosity about emerging creative technologies and AI-enabled production.
