Supervisor, Client Services (Property Intelligence)

Annual pay range: $50,300–$61,000

What you will do

• Supervise daily frontline service operations, workflows, workload distribution, and service quality.
• Manage support queues and coordinate responses across incoming service channels.
• Maintain compliance with SLAs and internal quality standards.
• Coach associates through one-on-one guidance, feedback, mentorship, and career development support.
• Track KPIs and operational metrics, identify skill gaps, and implement improvement plans.
• Handle complex customer escalations and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience as a Team Lead, Associate Manager, or emerging leader with informal leadership and peer coaching experience.
• Background in a customer-facing or operations environment.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, motivation, and team engagement skills.
• Ability to monitor workflows, track performance metrics, resolve conflicts, and communicate complex processes clearly.
