Cloud Engineer SysOps (Entry Level)

What you will do

• Support the development and improvement of automated provisioning and configuration pipelines.
• Resolve complex provisioning, deployment, and application configuration issues to support time-sensitive project delivery.
• Build conceptual ideas into working solutions and identify opportunities for automation and scaling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, specifications, drawings, and design diagrams.
• Contribute to standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles as technologies evolve.
• Track and report work using Jira and company tooling.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of DevOps experience with tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and Bitbucket.
• Experience with scripting languages including Python, Ruby, or Bash/sh.
• Strong understanding of containerized production applications, including Docker, Kubernetes, and ECS.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Knowledge of command-line tools and distributed version control systems such as Git, GitFlow, SVN, or TFS.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a preference for a Linux background.
