Assistant Production Manager (Lithium-Ion Batteries)

Location: Onsite in Sparks, Nevada, United States; night shift. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction.

What you will do

• Manage assigned electrode production lines and functional production teams.
• Drive manufacturing KPIs and ensure production goals are consistently met.
• Lead initiatives for safe manufacturing, operational efficiency, and distribution excellence.
• Implement Lean principles and continuous process improvements.
• Develop, empower, and recognize employees and teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and report production status in management meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, or equivalent manufacturing management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, continuous process improvement, ERP transactions, and 5S.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid U.S. work authorization without restriction is required.
• Ability to comply with PPE requirements and complete pre-employment drug testing.
