TL;DR
Finance Intern (Excel/Finance Operations): Supporting spending variance analysis and basic finance transactions at Seagate Technology’s Wuxi manufacturing site with an accent on data consolidation, invoice matching, and financial operations. Focus on organizing Excel data, supporting FA transactions, and applying tools such as Power BI, KNIME, and Python.

Location: Wuxi, China; onsite role

What you will do

  • Sort and consolidate data in Excel to support spending variance analysis.
  • Support the FA function with basic transactions, including tagging and invoice matching.
  • Provide support to other Finance functions as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, KNIME, and Python.
