Support Engineer (GPU Cloud)

hirify.global is building an open-access AI cloud that democratizes computing power by leveraging idle GPU resources globally.

What you will do

• Own customer support tickets from initial response through to final resolution.
• Perform technical triage, log analysis, and reproduction of infrastructure issues.
• Manage customer environment access, including SSH, storage mounts, and security configurations.
• Execute and author technical runbooks to streamline future troubleshooting.
• Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and customer-facing documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex system faults.

Requirements

• Very strong Linux experience and daily proficiency in the CLI.
• Experience managing tickets against response SLAs in cloud or infrastructure support.
• Solid understanding of networking and storage fundamentals including SSH, NFS, DNS, and firewalls.
• Working familiarity with GPU workloads, including nvidia-smi, drivers, and CUDA.
• Clear and fast written communication skills under time pressure.
• Comfortable working across time zones and participating in on-call rotations.

Nice to have

• Experience with ticketing and on-call tools like Zendesk, Linear, or PagerDuty.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash or Python for automation.
• Exposure to Slurm, Kubernetes, or Docker in multi-tenant environments.
• Background in GPU cloud, HPC, or hardware-adjacent support organizations.
