Senior Project Manager (Oncology)

What you will do

• Coordinate global project teams across Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety.
• Drive milestone achievement and overall delivery for assigned projects.
• Manage project budgets, scope, profitability, plans, and compliance with company processes.
• Act as the primary client liaison and lead project meetings and teleconferences.
• Support business development through proposal development and presentations.
• Build client relationships to generate new and add-on business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, biological, or science-related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty pharmaceutical environment.
• Project-level budget, finance, and costing experience.
• Experience managing complex trials across multiple phases and the full project lifecycle.
• Global project management experience.
• In-depth therapeutic-area and protocol knowledge in oncology indications.
