What you will do
- Support integrated study management plans with clinical project teams.
- Serve as the primary contact for vendors and lead vendor management activities.
- Manage assigned portions of clinical studies while maintaining delivery speed, quality, cost, and process compliance.
- Lead project sub-teams, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and manage issues and obstacles.
- Monitor project progress, risks, quality issues, scope changes, and financial performance.
- Support stakeholder communications, corrective and preventive action plans, change control, and implementation of lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
- 4–5 years of clinical research experience, primarily in project management within a CRO or pharma company.
- Strong vendor management experience is mandatory.
- Good command of English is required; the CV must be submitted in English.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with solid problem-solving, planning, time-management, and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to collaborate across geographies and understand cultural differences, with a good understanding of project financials.
