Plan Manager-Bundled Pooled (Financial Services)

Location: United States; hybrid office/home schedule

Salary: $64,000–$79,000 USD annual base salary

What you will do

• Provide sponsor and advisor service support for corporate bundled plans.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries through a shared mailbox and inbound toll-free line.
• Act as a single point of contact for customer questions and service needs.
• Resolve inquiries promptly by coordinating with internal business partners.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of equivalent experience in defined-contribution administration or similar work.
• Customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, team-focused approach with the ability to build rapport.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to quickly learn proprietary systems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Omni record-keeping systems.
• Understanding of contribution and distribution processing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
