What you will do
- Set up and launch email campaigns in Reteno.
- Restructure the email marketing infrastructure, including segmentation by marketing funnels and automated flows.
- Conduct A/B tests and thematic campaigns to improve conversion throughout the email funnel.
- Work toward agreed quantitative revenue targets.
- Request and implement new functionality with the web development team and a PM.
- Support and maintain transactional email campaigns and system stability.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an email marketing manager.
- Experience in B2C product or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with email or CRM marketing platforms such as Reteno, ESputnik, SendPulse, or similar.
- Experience with campaign setup, audience segmentation, automated flows, marketing funnels, and A/B testing.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with open rate, CTR, conversion, and risk metrics.
- Ability to work in a hybrid format in Kyiv, Ukraine.
