CRM Specialist (iGaming)

Location: Remote or onsite in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Poland, Portugal, or Ukraine.

What you will do

• Manage CRM communications across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and pop-ups.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and analyze CRM and promotional campaigns using key performance metrics.
• Build, maintain, and optimize automated and trigger-based communication flows.
• Segment users by behavior, activity, and lifecycle stage, and recommend improvements based on data.
• Run A/B tests, analyze results, and optimize communication processes, tools, and approaches.
• Manage HTML email templates, dynamic content consistency, deliverability, domain reputation, and spam indicators.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in CRM or email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Customer.io and other ESP/CDP tools such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, or Klaviyo.
• Experience with multiple communication channels and trigger-based or automated communications.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and experience editing HTML email templates.
• Understanding of CRM metrics, email deliverability, anti-spam policies, domain/IP warm-up, and sender reputation monitoring.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.

• Experience in betting, gambling, or other high-load digital projects.
• Experience working with large user databases.
