AI Automation Engineer (FitMe)

Location: Hybrid in Kyiv, Ukraine

Company

Develop a fitness app that provides short, equipment-free home workouts for people who want to stay active.

What you will do

• Develop creative-generation automations for variations, localization, resizing, and static and video formats.
• Parse competitors’ creatives to identify top-performing trends and topics.
• Automate routine workflows for user acquisition managers, creative producers, and designers.
• Build campaign auto-launch functionality for AppLovin, Meta, and TikTok.
• Develop recommendation systems and automated campaign management tools.
• Maintain and improve Airtable scripts, n8n workflows, integrations, statuses, logs, and alerts.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of commercial JavaScript and Node.js development experience.
• Confident experience working with third-party REST APIs.
• Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or a similar low-code automation platform.
• Experience with Airtable or a similar low-code database.
• Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI or Claude into workflows.
• Ability to independently understand tasks, choose a technical approach, launch solutions, and provide ongoing support.

Nice to have

• Experience automating creative production, advertising APIs, or media pipelines with ffmpeg or After Effects.
• Familiarity with AI services for image and video generation, dubbing, speech synthesis, recognition, and translation.
• Understanding of user acquisition and mobile marketing metrics such as CPA, ROI, and LTV.
