Quality Control Associate - 2nd Shift (Monday to Thursday, Afternoons) (Fulfillment)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States · Onsite. Second shift runs Monday through Thursday in the afternoons.

What you will do

• Move items efficiently through the production process with teammates to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
• Operate production equipment, including high-quality printers.
• Learn and work across Posters and Print, Mugs, Canvas, Stickers, and Jewelry workstations.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products to confirm accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Support printing, packing, shipping, and other fulfillment activities.

Requirements

• Be punctual, reliable, adaptable, and open-minded.
• Have strong attention to detail and a customer-centered approach to problem-solving.
• Be comfortable with technology.
• Be fluent in English in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Be able to stand and work in a fast-paced environment for eight hours.
• Have reliable transportation.
