Growth Marketing Manager (AI Search)

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own Google Ads, Bing Ads, OpenAI/ChatGPT Ads, and other search advertising platforms.
• Develop and execute experiments across keyword targeting, bidding, creative, and landing pages.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and marketing partners.
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance to guide budget and channel decisions.
• Build reporting and identify opportunities to improve CAC, conversion, and pipeline growth.
• Use AI tools to automate data collection, reporting, and repetitive workflows while validating results independently.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and seven-figure monthly budgets.
• Experience in high-consideration, low-conversion-volume environments such as B2B SaaS, fintech, or insurance.
• Strong analytical judgment and a holistic approach to evaluating marketing performance.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bing Ads, OpenAI/ChatGPT Ads, or other emerging search channels.
