NetSuite Functional Consultant

What you will do

• Support and optimize NetSuite financial processes across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash.
• Configure Advanced Revenue Management and maintain complex revenue recognition schedules.
• Support inventory accounting, COGS tracking, and product costing workflows.
• Perform hands-on NetSuite administration, system maintenance, and module configuration.
• Build and maintain saved searches, financial reports, KPI dashboards, and SuiteFlow workflows.
• Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, document processes, and implement improvements.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of hands-on experience in NetSuite functional consulting, administration, and configuration.
• Deep expertise across R2R, P2P, and O2C financial cycles.
• Strong experience with Advanced Revenue Management, revenue recognition rules, inventory accounting, and COGS accounting.
• Proficiency with saved searches, financial reports, KPI dashboards, SuiteFlow workflows, and NetSuite integrations.
• Ability to connect accounting policies with NetSuite configurations and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce, subscription billing, consumer hardware, or fintech.
• NetSuite certifications, including Administrator, ERP Consultant, or Financial User certifications.
• Experience with OneWorld, multi-subsidiary, or multi-currency environments.
