NetSuite Team Lead (ERP)

Salary: EUR 3,700–6,300 per month gross

What you will do

• Own the overall NetSuite solution architecture and make key design decisions.
• Define the migration approach and validate the blind migration strategy.
• Review NetSuite configurations, workflows, scripts, and customizations.
• Identify opportunities to replace custom solutions with NetSuite out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Lead functional walkthroughs, discovery, and gap analysis sessions.
• Provide guidance on Finance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory/WMS, Manufacturing, Reporting, Integrations, change requests, and data migration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of NetSuite implementation experience.
• Proven experience as a NetSuite Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
• Experience with NetSuite migration projects and strong knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld.
• Experience leading ERP discovery and gap analysis, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement processes.
• Experience evaluating out-of-the-box functionality versus customization and communicating with C-level stakeholders.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have

• NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer certification.
• NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant certification.
• Experience with manufacturing organizations, international rollouts, or separation/carve-out ERP projects.
