Technical Targeter

Location: On-site in Chantilly, Virginia, United States. Standard working hours with minimal travel.

Salary: $143,200–$175,100 per year for the Virginia area.

What you will do

• Fuse SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and cyber-enabled data within an integrated government-contractor mission team.
• Conduct all-source research and analysis for technical targeting, target development, operational concepts, and intelligence production.
• Analyze and contextualize complex data to support collection operations, operational awareness, and information sharing.
• Draft, coordinate, and disseminate intelligence reports, targeting products, and requests for information.
• Identify patterns, assess operational relevance, and communicate complex intelligence to technical, operational, and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and field personnel on intelligence operations, mission planning, and operational decisions.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience supporting intelligence operations, technical targeting, or mission-focused analysis.
• Experience with intelligence operations, all-source analysis, or operational support in a mission-critical environment.
• Hands-on experience identifying, assessing, and developing leads using classified all-source intelligence databases and mission systems.
• Ability to deliver clear briefings and use customer databases and mission tools to monitor activity, communicate with field personnel, and support collection coordination.
