What you will do

• Partner with merchandising and business stakeholders to define success metrics and measurement frameworks.
• Analyze complex merchandising and customer data through hypothesis testing and advanced statistical methods.
• Deliver analytical products including analyses, dashboards, insights, metrics, and recommendations.
• Present findings to stakeholders, including executives, and translate analytics into business decisions.
• Identify data-driven strategies to improve performance across hirify.global Stores, hirify.global.com, Rack Stores, and hirify.globalRack.com.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to analytics standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience analyzing complex data and making recommendations.
• 3+ years of experience extracting and manipulating large datasets from relational databases using SQL; BigQuery is preferred.
• Strong coding skills in at least one statistical or programming language, with R or Python preferred.
• Experience with statistical and machine learning algorithms such as regression, classification, or clustering.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Shiny, ggplot, matplotlib, or Tableau, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.
