What you will do

• Analyze client marketing needs and design customized Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Develop multichannel marketing strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices.
• Design and implement scalable solutions with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Configure Data Extensions, segmentation, A/B testing, and dynamic content strategies.
• Provide training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing technical expertise on Marketing Cloud advancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience implementing and optimizing Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Experience leading marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Expertise with Distributed Marketing and Marketing Cloud Intelligence.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Email Specialist, or Developer certification.
• Experience with Data Cloud.
