Marketing Cloud Consultant (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Analyze client marketing needs and design customized Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Account Engagement solutions.
• Develop multichannel marketing strategies and implement scalable solutions using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Configure Data Extensions for targeted campaigns and marketing segments.
• Optimize A/B testing, dynamic content, and campaign performance through continuous improvement.
• Deliver training and knowledge-transfer sessions while maintaining expertise in Marketing Cloud advancements and marketing trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Cloud implementation and optimization.
• Experience leading marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Expertise with Marketing Cloud features including Distributed Marketing and Marketing Cloud Intelligence.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certification such as Marketing Cloud Consultant, Email Specialist, or Developer.
• Experience with Data Cloud.
