Senior Compliance Analyst (AI-Assisted Compliance)

Location: Hybrid — Seattle, Washington, United States

Salary: $142,000–$220,500 annually, with possible performance-based incentives or bonuses.

hirify.global operates a retail business with a Governance, Risk, and Compliance function focused on strengthening enterprise compliance and security programs.

What you will do

• Lead the transformation and ongoing maturation of the Continuous Compliance Framework.
• Configure and manage the CCF module in the GRC tool, including controls, testing schedules, evidence requirements, ownership, and RACI models.
• Collaborate with Governance, Risk, business, technology, and security teams to integrate control frameworks and improve program efficiency.
• Design compliance KPIs and KRIs and provide data-driven reporting on compliance health and risk exposure.
• Define functional requirements for AI-driven testing and automated evidence collection with Security Engineers.
• Support PCI DSS assessments, audit interactions, enterprise compliance methodologies, and cross-functional compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of regulatory compliance experience and ownership of cross-functional compliance initiatives.
• Direct experience building or managing a Continuous Compliance Framework or Common Control Framework.
• Hands-on experience configuring compliance programs, workflows, and assessments in GRC tools.
• Experience defining control language, RACI models, testing cadence, evidence requirements, and compliance KPIs/KRIs.
• Knowledge of CIS, NIST, SOX, HIPAA, CCPA, and PCI DSS, including technical control testing and audit evidence documentation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• CISA, CRISC, CIPP, CIPM, PCI ISA, QSA, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with GRC platform implementation and administration, regulatory consulting, or internal and external audit.
• Experience with compliance automation, scripting, security tooling, or AI/ML-assisted compliance monitoring.
