Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Architect and deploy scalable enterprise automation solutions using internal RPA platforms.
• Analyze complex manufacturing processes and convert them into reliable, efficient automation workflows.
• Own computer vision and machine learning pipelines from data curation and model training through production deployment and monitoring.
• Design deep learning models for classification, object detection, and pixel-level segmentation using approaches such as YOLO, transformers, and custom CNNs.
• Build and maintain high-throughput image-processing and IoT data pipelines for machine and sensor datasets.
• Lead system integration, production deployments, root-cause investigations, critical issue resolution, and cross-functional engineering initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another highly quantitative field.
• 5–8+ years of professional engineering experience deploying automation and AI solutions in production.
• Expert-level Python and C# skills for industrial automation, computer vision, and real-time data processing.
• Hands-on experience with full-lifecycle computer vision, including model training, custom evaluation metrics, edge or cloud deployment, detection, classification, segmentation, and OpenCV.
• Advanced SQL knowledge, including MySQL or MSSQL, schema design, query optimization, stored procedures, and large-scale data handling.
• Experience with statistical analysis, industrial root-cause investigations, independent ownership, technical leadership, and mentoring junior engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing, automated machine-vision inspection hardware, or sensor telemetry.
• Production experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or TensorRT.
