Junior Video Producer (Paid Media, Spanish Speaking)

Location: Remote in the UK with occasional travel to the central London office, or hybrid. Candidates must be currently based in the UK.

What you will do

• Adapt and edit high-performing English-language creative assets into culturally relevant Spanish-language content for paid media.
• Create short-form video edits for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube using Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Record or coordinate voiceovers with native-speaking talent and manage Spanish-speaking creators.
• Brief creators, support filming and shoot processes, and maintain clear communication throughout production.
• Organize creative asset libraries, track versions, and deliver final files to media buyers and external partners.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of creative best practices for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience or comfort with video and audio editing for performance-driven content.
• Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Strong organization and attention to detail when managing multiple projects and maintaining brand consistency.
• Must be currently based in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Voiceover production experience.
• Creator management experience.
• Experience translating brand messaging for different markets.
