Clinical Data Manager

Location: Warsaw, Johannesburg, or Reading; remote or office working

What you will do

• Lead or co-lead clinical data management activities from study start-up through close-out.
• Review EDC data, perform data cleaning, manage queries, and reconcile external data sources.
• Create and maintain Data Management Plans, Data Review Plans, eCRF Completion Guidelines, and Edit Check Specifications.
• Conduct EDC and data validation listing UAT and support database lock readiness.
• Collaborate with study teams and vendors to resolve eCOA, PK, biomarker, laboratory, safety, SAE, and protocol deviation discrepancies.
• Maintain issue logs, report metrics, and support eTMF filing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences-related discipline.
• 5+ years of clinical data management experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment.
• Experience leading or co-leading studies from start-up through database lock and close-out.
• Hands-on experience with EDC review, data cleaning, query management, external data reconciliation, and UAT.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently within fast-paced global study teams.
