Senior Platform Engineer (FinTech)

Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain

What you will do

• Own end-to-end infrastructure provisioning on GCP and maintain the Terraform codebase.
• Lead the GKE migration and define an environment strategy covering development, staging, and production.
• Drive the GitHub migration and implement GitOps with ArgoCD to simplify releases.
• Define SLOs and alerting, and embed observability into infrastructure modules and deployment templates.
• Own endpoint management, DNS and web filtering, ISMS maintenance, penetration testing, and phishing cycles.
• Build self-service tooling for product squads while managing infrastructure costs, domains, certificates, and connectivity.

Requirements

• Senior-level platform or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes, and GKE.
• Experience implementing GitOps and delivery automation with ArgoCD.
• Strong knowledge of observability, SLOs, reliability, security, and connectivity automation.
• Ability to take ownership of infrastructure investment, cost, risk, and compliance decisions.
• Ability to act as a technical reference and mentor engineers across the organization.
