What you will do

• Support Tier I and Tier II IT systems, classified and unclassified networks, cloud enclaves, servers, workstations, and laptops.
• Image, patch, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and administer LANs, IT infrastructure, telecommunications, mobile devices, and business systems.
• Manage SharePoint, help desk ticketing systems, organizational folders, permissions, security groups, databases, workflows, and government applications.
• Provide customer and technical support for briefing setups, presentations, VTCs, online meetings, secure telephony, fax, voicemail, and projection equipment.
• Perform COMSEC operations, cryptonet management, equipment accountability, software license management, data archiving, backup, and document destruction.
• Prepare implementation plans, support IT project execution, evaluate new technologies, and coordinate information-management projects with government and contractor organizations.

Requirements

• Minimum Top Secret security clearance required.
• Associate’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience.
• Information Assurance Technical Level II certification required, such as Security+ CE, GSEC, CCNA-Security, or CISSP.
• Certification to support network operations under DoD Manual 8140.03 or an applicable successor or revision.
• On-site work at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is required.
