What you will do
- Support planning, organization, assessment, and improvement of FMS program and project activities.
- Manage manpower modifications and amendments for F-16 production aircraft.
- Analyze FMS manpower requirements according to Letters of Request and Letters of Offer and Acceptance.
- Monitor expiring positions, funding status, country concurrence, and position extensions.
- Support LOA line management, budget development, financial tracking, deliverables, and program data maintenance.
- Coordinate with Air Force centers, U.S. and foreign partners, and support meetings, audits, and CONUS/OCONUS travel.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and up to three years of relevant technical or professional experience, or five years of directly related experience with applicable certifications.
- Minimum three years of FMS project management experience.
- Experience analyzing manpower needs, budgets, historical data, projections, policies, and program procedures.
