Assistant Project Manager - Electrical

Location: Temple, Texas, United States. Work takes place on industrial construction project sites and in office settings.

What you will do

• Maintain the daily project diary and help establish project priorities.
• Enter and approve daily timecards.
• Track project costs, production quantities, yield statistics, and onsite inventory.
• Compile cycle-time and production information for historical records.
• Gather pay-item quantities and document extra-work items.
• Support timely billing and reporting to protect profit margins and cash flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong work ethic, prioritization ability, and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work in both field and office settings in a fast-moving, high-production environment.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurability; driving records are subject to a DMV background search.
• Ability to comply with safety regulations, PPE requirements, and environmental health and safety policies.

• Construction industry experience.
