ANT1 Trainee, Development Services (Mass Spectrometry)

Location: Fully site-based in Tuas, Singapore, at the Science Park Facility

What you will do

• Perform analytical testing and interpret data for protein characterization studies.
• Use capillary electrophoresis, HPLC/UPLC, UV spectrophotometry, LC-MS, SEC-MALS, and related analytical techniques.
• Conduct reference standard creation and qualification, forced degradation, product characterization, and biocompatibility studies in line with ICH guidelines.
• Review and approve GMP documentation, including SOPs, protocols, reports, and regulatory documents.
• Provide laboratory support through equipment maintenance, inventory management, housekeeping, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Support departmental safety, training, automation, and operational-efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant science field or equivalent qualification.
• Understanding of mammalian cell culture for protein production, purification, and analysis.
• Understanding of cGMP regulations and relevant ICH guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality data on time and work flexibly across the Analytical Development department.
• Availability to work fully onsite in Tuas, Singapore; occasional weekend work may be required.
