Technical Product Solutions Specialist (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional, Development, Testing, and Quality teams to identify product limitations, technical challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate, propose, and support technical solutions that improve product performance, functionality, reliability, usability, and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot technical issues hands-on, investigate root causes, and coordinate timely solutions and technical changes.
• Define and implement validation and test programs for technical changes and monitor their effectiveness.
• Create and maintain documentation covering technical changes, solutions, test results, and implementation details.
• Communicate technical topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training or apprenticeship, ideally with additional technical education or qualification.
• Strong interest in technology and a good general technical understanding.
• Structured, analytical, solution-oriented, proactive, and hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and documentation skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAD software or PTC Creo.
• Good German skills.
