Director Integration and Acquisitions Lead, Operations

Salary: $160,500–$305,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead Operations integration activities for product acquisitions and acquired assets in collaboration with the Integration Office.
• Coordinate functional teams throughout the integration lifecycle and transition activities into the operating model.
• Develop integration plans from business development plans and resource models.
• Lead Operations integration teams through direct reports or matrix structures.
• Prepare Operations for Day 1 deliverables while maintaining confidentiality.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and R&D leaders to plan transitions, identify synergies, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in Operations.
• Experience leading, managing, and motivating teams in a complex, multifunctional matrix environment.
• Strong understanding of Operations processes and executive-level collaboration skills.
• Ability to make decisions with limited information, resolve problems, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively.
