SAP Concur Expense Consultant (CA)

What you will do

• Configure and support SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Purchasing Card processing for client environments.
• Design expense policies, audit rules, approval workflows, delegates, and delegation-of-authority structures.
• Configure and troubleshoot Concur integration with SAP S/4HANA, including GL and tax determination and cost object derivation.
• Set up card feeds and resolve transaction import, reconciliation, exception, and posting issues.
• Build Concur reporting and support the transition to Power BI.
• Provide incident support, configuration documentation, and knowledge transfer for each assignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–8 years of hands-on SAP Concur configuration and support experience, including Expense and Purchasing Card work.
• Experience configuring expense types, policy groups, audit rules, workflows, approval hierarchies, delegates, travel policies, and mobile expense capture.
• Demonstrated Concur-to-SAP S/4HANA integration experience, including employee and vendor master synchronization with S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
• Purchasing card program implementation experience, including card feeds, transaction imports, reconciliation, and exception handling.
• SAP FI-TV experience alone does not qualify; the role requires direct SAP Concur cloud platform experience.

Nice to have

• SAP Concur certification in Expense Configuration or Advanced Configuration.
• Public sector expense policy experience.
• Experience with Concur Request, Invoice, and Reporting/Intelligence modules.
