What you will do

• Create compelling sector-specific narratives for marketing communications.
• Coordinate with analysts, consultants, and other stakeholders to gather information for content development.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, deliverables, and timelines across sectors and practice areas.
• Develop high-quality content for targeted marketing campaigns, social media, account-based marketing, public relations, email, and websites.
• Collaborate with global experts to shape customer experiences across channels and perspectives.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in marketing communications, journalism, or internal communications, preferably in research or consulting.
• Postgraduate qualification in journalism or communications; a background in visual communication, literature, or journalism is relevant.
• Excellent writing, communication, analytical, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, customer value chains, industry disruption, and transformation.
• Experience creating content for public relations, press releases, email, websites, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong organization, attention to detail, independence, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
