Creative Content Manager (Payments)

What you will do

• Develop and deliver integrated content strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Create written, visual, and video content for internal and digital channels.
• Manage and optimise the intranet, content management systems, and other digital communication platforms.
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate internal communication, engagement, and organisational change campaigns.
• Lead internal events and employee initiatives, managing budgets, vendors, and end-to-end delivery.
• Analyse campaign and channel performance to improve communication effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic communications and corporate content strategy within payments or financial services.
• Experience managing multiple internal and external communication channels and complex strategic campaigns.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and board members.
• Experience using digital analytics platforms to support decision-making.
• Experience in social media, community management, events management, and LinkedIn content marketing.
• Hands-on experience in video production and editing and with Adobe Creative Suite.
