What you will do

• Monitor market conditions, trends, and competitor activity, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage qualitative and quantitative data collection to identify competitive threats and opportunities.
• Manage external agencies and resources, applying expert judgment to validate and distill competitive intelligence into concise, decision-ready outputs.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to prioritize competitive intelligence needs.
• Drive action through cross-functional collaboration and impactful communication.
• Improve intelligence processes and deliverables through new technology and competitive intelligence best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related experience; alternative education and experience combinations are accepted.
• Seven years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English reading, writing, comprehension, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to connect competitive signals to enterprise implications and work effectively under weekly deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated or data-intensive environments such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, MedTech, or life sciences.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience and the ability to influence without authority.
• Experience with competitive intelligence tools, automated monitoring systems, or advanced AI-based search methodologies.
