Associate Principal - Package Implementation (SAP GTS): Configuring, supporting, and enhancing SAP GTS solutions for product classification, compliance management, and trade preference with an accent on global trade processes and SAP S/4HANA integration. Focus on export control classification, sanctioned-party screening, rules-of-origin qualification, customs operations, and functional collaboration with Houston-based stakeholders.
Location: Brazil, hybrid; Curitiba preferred, with frequent office visits required

What you will do
- Configure, support, and enhance SAP GTS solutions for Product Classification, Compliance Management, and Trade Preference.
- Gather requirements from business users and provide functional SAP GTS solutions.
- Support import and export compliance processes, global trade operations, and customs-related activities.
- Analyze and troubleshoot SAP GTS business processes and system issues.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on international trade compliance and SAP GTS integration with SAP S/4HANA.
- Participate in testing, documentation, training, and deployment activities.
Requirements
- Strong experience with SAP GTS, especially Product Classification, Compliance Management, and Trade Preference.
- Knowledge of HS codes, ECCN, Schedule B, export control classification, dual-use products, tariff principles, and GRI.
- Experience with sanctioned-party screening, embargoes, restricted-party screening, license determination, legal controls, and license assignment.
- Knowledge of EAR, ITAR, dual-use regulations, FTAs, rules of origin, BOM-based qualification, supplier declarations, and duty savings calculations.
- Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA master data, Business Partners, materials, BOMs, organizational structures, and O2C/S2P processes.
- Advanced English required for client-facing communication with stakeholders based in Houston.

- SAP GTS implementation and support experience in global environments.
- Experience working with multinational organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
