Manufacturing Technician - NIGHTS (Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the West Lebanon, New Hampshire bioproduction facility, United States. Front End Nights schedule: Week 1, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM Sunday through Tuesday; Week 2, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM Saturday through Tuesday. The first 3–4 weeks are weekday bootcamp training from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

What you will do

• Manufacture and support production of active pharmaceutical ingredients through recovery and purification processes.
• Complete routine manufacturing documentation and support in-process activities and product development.
• Perform equipment and process validations according to approved procedures.
• Conduct in-process product testing in accordance with standard procedures.
• Implement planned process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Work with engineers, scientists, process associates, facilities support, QA, and other stakeholders to improve production processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or associate degree with at least three years of experience, preferably in manufacturing; or a bachelor's degree in a science discipline with no experience required.
• Knowledge of cGMP operations is preferred.
• Ability to understand and execute established written instructions.
• Ability to work onsite in West Lebanon, New Hampshire, on the assigned overnight shift.
• Ability to work in fully gowned cleanroom areas and follow GMP procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, reach, lift up to 10 pounds, and work around noise, moving equipment, chemicals, fumes, odors, and dust.
