Growth Specialist - Supply (Recruiter Growth) (Marketing)

What you will do

• Develop annual and monthly growth plans to acquire and engage recruiters, defining success metrics and an initiatives roadmap.
• Create go-to-market plans for strategic employment product features, including target audiences and user value propositions.
• Execute end-to-end acquisition and engagement campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Coordinate campaign implementation with Design, Content, Product, Sales/Account Management, and Legal.
• Build user communication strategies and marketing automation flows across the recruiter lifecycle.
• Track performance, identify actionable insights, optimize results, and support partner-driven acquisition channels and events.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing, preferably in an app-based environment.
• User-centric mindset with the ability to connect campaigns to user needs and behavior.
• Critical, logical, and structured reasoning skills.
• Strong project and stakeholder management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong command of English and Vietnamese is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under time pressure.

Nice to have

• Basic SQL or BigQuery knowledge.
• Experience using AI and automation to improve work speed and accuracy.
